Author Guidelines

1. To begin, access your OJS account on the CoPAR page as an author, and if you're not registered yet, sign up by selecting the 'Register' option.

Authors are expected to ensure their account details (name, institutional affiliation, and email address) are valid and up-to-date. This will facilitate smooth communication with the editorial team throughout the submission and review process.

2. Initiate the submission process by navigating to the 'Submission' menu, then click on 'New Submission'; ensure your manuscript complies with the provided template and meets all submission requirements listed, and add any necessary comments for the editor before saving and proceeding.

Authors should prepare manuscripts according to the journal’s structure (title page, abstract, introduction, methods, results, discussion, conclusion, and references). It is also recommended to check that the document follows the Author Guidelines in terms of citation style (e.g., APA, Chicago, or IEEE) and plagiarism standards before submission.

3. Next, upload your manuscript file by selecting 'Article Text' in the 'Article Component' column and utilizing the 'Upload File' button; proceed through the review process, optionally renaming the file if required, and include any supplementary files before finalizing the upload.

Ensure the main manuscript file is in the accepted format (e.g., .docx, .pdf) and that supplementary files are clearly labeled. Authors are also encouraged to use reference management tools such as Zotero or Mendeley to maintain consistent citation formatting.

4. Proceed to complete the manuscript details, paying particular attention to the mandatory fields marked with (*), and if there are additional authors, ensure their information is included in the 'Add Contributors' section; input keywords individually in the 'Additional Refinements Keyword' column and save your progress.

Each section of the manuscript should follow the Author Guidelines:

- Introduction: Must highlight the urgency, novelty, and research gap addressed by the study.

- Methods: Should clearly explain the research design, data collection techniques, and analytical approach.

- Results and Discussion: Expected to interpret findings critically and link them to relevant literature.

- Conclusion: Must summarize contributions and suggest future research directions.

- References: Should be managed through Zotero or Mendeley for accuracy and consistency.

5. Finally, review all manuscript requirements to ensure compliance, then click 'Finish Submission' to conclude the submission process; note that once uploaded, manuscripts cannot be modified or withdrawn, and monitor the editorial progress of your submission through the 'Submission' column on your dashboard, with any updates communicated via registered email.

Authors should regularly monitor the status of their submission through the ‘Submissions’ dashboard, where updates (e.g., peer review, revision requests, or acceptance notifications) will appear. All correspondence regarding editorial decisions will also be sent via the registered email address.
