PENGARUH KOMPONEN MANAJEMEN KONTRAKTOR TERHADAP CAPAIAN MUTU SEGMENT IN-PLACE RECYCLING PERKERASAN LENTUR

Abstract

The technology of flexible pavement recycling is a superior method of road repair, but this method has not been able to produce reliable quality products in BBPJN VI Jakarta. The purpose of this study is to identify factors and indicators of contractor management that give a major influence and contribution to the quality achievement on the segment in-place recycling flexible of pavement work. The data analyzed is the respondent's perception about the effect of the contractor's component management variable on the quality achievement. The analysis is done by using Structural Equation Modeling method. The research respondents consisted of 112 personnel representing the parties in the implementation of road handling activities in the working area of BBPJN VI Jakarta. The results of the study showed that in the segment in-place recycling work of flexible pavement, the contractor management gives effect to the achievement of quality equal to 33,8%. To realize a reliable quality performance, contractor management must pay attention to 53 important variables to be able to support these quality achievements.

Abstrak

Teknologi daur ulang perkerasan lentur merupakan metode perbaikan jalan yang unggul, tetapi metode ini belum dapat menghasilkan produk dengan mutu yang andal di wilayah BBPJN VI Jakarta. Tujuan studi ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor dan indikator manajemen kontraktor yang memberi pengaruh dan kontribusi besar terhadap capaian mutu pada pekerjaan segment in-place recycling perkerasan lentur. Data yang dianalisis adalah persepsi responden mengenai pengaruh variabel-variabel komponen manajemen kontraktor terhadap capaian mutu. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling. Responden penelitian terdiri atas 112 personel yang mewakili pihak-pihak dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan penanganan jalan di wilayah kerja BBPJN VI Jakarta. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pada pekerjaan segment in-place recycling perkerasan lentur, manajemen kontraktor memberikan pengaruh terhadap capaian mutu sebesar 33,8%. Untuk mewujudkan capaian mutu yang andal, manajemen kontraktor harus memer-hatikan 53 variabel penting untuk dapat mendukung capaian mutu tersebut.
