Abstract

The Internet has grown faster than nearly any other medium. Through website, online business can run and business owner doesn't have to spend more for renting shop, and the business process can run 24/7. Researchers interested in conducting research on one Online Grocery Website that quite popular in Indonesia, named Lemonilo. In this research, author is focusing on customer interface, online store using website platform also need to consider online shopper journey. When shopper buy things online, they want to easily finds thing they are searching for, it has to driving confidence (with rate and review) to make them want to buy and foremost it needs to apply easy payment. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the process of the Customer Interface on the website www.Lemonilo.com. In terms of E-commerce, Lemonilo already meet the standard of good customer interface, the content has good amount of information shopper might need, attractive photo products capturing real products, easy to navigate and easy payment process including payment option for shopper to choose from. They also provide apps for shopper to choose channel platform From the below analysis, the authors concluded the result that the site  considered good.
