Author or writer’s guidelines and procedure for submitting draft articles are, as follows:

Draft articles submitted should be scientific articles never been published before in any form of media and should not be the result of plagiarism.

Draft articles should be written in journal format, comprising of the template:

  • Title of article
  • Author’s name and senior lecturer's name
  • Abstract;
  • Keywords;
  • Introduction
  • Analysis (chapters and sub-chapters)
  • Conclusion or concluding remarks, and
  • list of references or bibliography

 

Articles Submitting

- Articles submitted should be on topics regarding architecture. The articles could be original research (based on own research results), special reports, article reviews, book reviews and expert comments (containing opinions of an expert about the original articles of domestic or overseas authors).

- Articles sent in 3 (three) copies, addressed to: Editorial Board of RISA Journal (Architectural Research), Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering, UNPAR, Jl. Ciumbuleuit No. 94 Bandung - 40141, telephone: (022) 2033691, Facsimile: (022) 2033692, E-mail: <Risetarsitektur@gmail.com>

- Articles can also be sent via e-mail. Using the Microsoft Word 95/97 & PDF program

 

Articles

- Articles are written in Indonesian or English at least 4000 words or maximum 6000 words typed 1 (one) spacing, 12 points of font Times New Roman and printed on A4 white paper (210 mm x 297 mm), with a top, bottom, right, left margin of 1 inch and the page number is located in the bottom center.

- Type or print on two sides of the paper, reciprocal. Type within 1 (one) all spaces in sequence: Title Page, Abstract in Indonesian & English, Text / articles (for reports on research results: Research Background, Research Questions / Hypotheses, Methods / Theories, Discussions, Conclusions / Recommendations), Notes or Bibliography. Also includes a description of images and tables.

- Listed first name, middle name, and surname of the author, with academic titles ever achieved, the name of the institution where the author works, the name of the author responsible for correspondence is underlined and the emission is included.

- The abstract is written not more than 250 words in Indonesian, and no more than 300 words in English.

- Reference / Notes / References are numbered in accordance with Arabic numerals in sequence according to their appearance in the text/articles. When taken in periodicals/magazines, they are mentioned sequentially according to their appearance in the text/text. When taken from periodicals/magazines, they are called sequentially: author names - first names, middle names, family names, article titles, magazine names, volume/edition numbers, years and months of publication, first and last page numbers.

- References / Notes / References taken from the book are numbered and mentioned: the name of the author - first name, middle name, family name, book title, city of publishing, publisher name, year of publication, first and last page number

- The bibliography is sorted alphabetically by name of the author, mentioning: surname: first name, middle name, article title, magazine name, volume/edition number, year and month of publication, if published periodically / magazine. Mention: family name, first name, middle name, book title, publishing city, publisher name, year of publication.
