Archiving Policy
Journal Archiving Policy
Jurnal RISA (Riset Arsitektur) ensures the long-term preservation of its published content by archiving all articles in the Internet Archive, a trusted digital preservation platform. This guarantees that the journal’s content remains accessible even in the event of website downtime or data loss.
Repository and Self-Archiving Policy
Jurnal RISA fully supports open access and self-archiving practices. Authors are permitted to deposit the following versions of their articles in institutional, subject-based, or general-purpose repositories:
-
Preprint – the version before peer review
-
Author’s Accepted Manuscript (AAM) – the version after peer review and acceptance, but before journal formatting
-
Published Version (Version of Record) – the final formatted version published on the journal’s website
There is no embargo for depositing any version.
Conditions for Depositing:
-
Preprint and AAM versions must clearly state that:
“This article is a preprint (or accepted manuscript) intended for publication in Jurnal RISA (Riset Arsitektur).”
-
Once the article is officially published, authors are encouraged to update their preprint or AAM deposit with a full citation and a link to the final published version on the Jurnal RISA website.
-
For the Published Version, authors must include:
-
A complete citation to the original publication in Jurnal RISA, and
-
A direct link to the official article page.
-
-
Deposited versions must not be altered in a way that misrepresents the content or publishing status.
