The prospective articles are submitted through the online or email directory to the editor.  The prospective articles will be reviewed two times.  First, the article will checked for administrative requirement, such as mention in the guidelines.  Any mistakes are counted, and send back to the author.

Second, the article will be blind reviewed by two reviewer, according to a suitbale area of the articles.  The result will give a decision if the article is suitable for publication or not, after the revision is done.
