Integrasi Lean dan Green Manufacturing Untuk Mengurangi Pemborosan Proses Rekrutmen Karyawan Pada Industri Manufaktur di Indonesia

Abstrak

Rekrutmen merupakan proses pemilihan suatu kandidat untuk menjadi bagian dari organisasi tersebut. Proses rekrutmen di setiap industri manufaktur sebagian besar dimulai dari pembuatan iklan sampai proses training skill. Proses rekrutmen yang terjadi pada industri manufaktur Pro Audio (PA) adalah Lead Time (LT) dan Process Time (PT) yang panjang dan adanya limbah kertas mencapai 191,6 kg per bulannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengurangi LT proses rekrutmen pada industri PA dan mengurangi limbah pemakaian kertas untuk memberikan perhatian penuh terhadap kelestarian lingkungan pada industri manufaktur. Metode yang digunakan untuk menanggulangi dampak terhadap permasalahan lingkungan yang ditimbulkan oleh industri adalah Integrasi Lean Manufakturing (LM) dan Green Manufacturing (GM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LT rekrutmen mengalami penurunan dari 17,9 hari menjadi 16,4 hari atau terjadi penurunan rasio sebesar 8,37%. Limbah kertas (berkas lamaran) dapat dihilangkan dari 191,6 kg/bulan menjadi 0 kg/bulan. PT mengalami penurunan dari 76,21 jam menjadi 74,20 jam turun sebesar 2,63%. Hasil penelitian ini telah memberikan dampak positif bagi industri PA menuju green manufacture dikarenakan dapat mengurangi limbah kertas yang dapat mencemari lingkungan.
